BEDD Privacy Policy

At BEDD, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of Personal Information (as defined below) we gather when you use BEDD's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it. The following principles apply to the Personal Information we ask for and that you provide. “Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, including but not limited to your name, email address, mobile number, Bluetooth ID and mobile IMEI number. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and customer needs so that we can better consider new services or tailor existing services to customer desires. BEDD will not send you unwanted email messages, spam or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to third parties without your explicit permission. However, BEDD will use email to send you messages about bugs and service issues. BEDD may also use email to notify you in the case that you are the winner of a contest and further keep you up to date with news about the BEDD software, events and related services. Mobile phone number

BEDD will not pass your number to third parties without your explicit permission. However, BEDD may use your mobile number for tracking the user base, and for future implementation of a reward/referral system that can apply when you share the software with other users. BEDD may also use your mobile number to notify you in the case that you are the winner of a contest and further keep you up to date with news about BEDD software, events and related services. Bluetooth unique ID

BEDD will not pass your Bluetooth unique ID to third parties without your explicit permission. BEDD will not pass your mobile IMEI number to third parties without your explicit permission. Contests and Surveys

From time to time you may be able to participate in contests, giveaways, or other promotions that we sponsor. Except as explained otherwise in the rules for a particular contest, rewards program, giveaway or promotion, any Personal Information you provide will be used in accordance with the BEDD Privacy Policy. In addition, from time to time you may be able to participate in our surveys to help us improve our offerings and services. Except as explained otherwise in the survey, any Personal Information so collected will be used in accordance with the BEDD Privacy Policy and for our internal purposes only.

Business Transfers

Information about our users, including Personal Information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which Personal Information would be transferred as one of the business assets of BEDD.
